I taught myself to crochet in high school to keep busy during those late nights babysitting after all the science fiction movies ended. I have made afghans, baby blankets, crocheted dresses, scarves and many accessories and toys over the years. I took up beading later in life and enjoy all things iridescent, especially collecting vintage rhinestone jewelry. Note that my beaded badge holders can be converted to necklaces and I use regular sized jewelry-making beads, not the tiny seed beads seen in most commercial lanyards.
