I'm constantly perfecting favorite recipes and looking for new ones. I use raw sugar when flavor appropriate and local or organic fruit as often as possible. Only fresh natural ingredients are used in the making of That's my Jam! There are never any artificial sweeteners, preservatives, or colorings used in the making of any of these products. Some flavors may run out during the winter months because fruit tastes better and is available locally when it's in season and no matter how much I try to build a reserve demand always seems to exceed supply.
