About

I began making childres clothes when my daughters were little. I started making little outfits for grade school and then when they were in high school they wanted dance dresses so they could have one no one else had. We would go to the fabric store and they would pick out a pattern and fabric, they loved it.
I learned how to sew in high school taking sewing and alteration classes.

My mom and grandmother were seamstresses. My mom worked for a designer and would fabricate what the designer had drawn. I have been around people who sew my whole life.
I also started making crafts when I was in high school. My first craft project was a manger made out of felt for Christmas.
When my children were little I joined a craft co-op with a bunch of other stay at home moms and we would craft all year and then rent a little shop for 3 months during the holidays…

When my children were little I joined a craft co-op with a bunch of other stay at home moms and we would craft all year and then rent a little shop for 3 months during the holidays and sell our wares. It was called Santa's Attic.

My New venture, Oh Baby Couture my childrens line began in 2011. I used to own a womens and childrens boutique which I owned for 8yrs. Buying for the boutique in LA, market after market I decided I could make some super cute baby clothes and at that time my daughters had daughters so I had the perfect models.
I contacted one of the Showrooms in LA that I bought from and showed her what I had to offer and she took me in her showroom.
I am still there at the Glitterbox Showroom in the California Mart and have sold to over 50 exclusive boutiques around the US and overseas. Just shipped to a childrens store in Japan.
I love using fun fabrics, glitter and shabby roses!

My love of creating beautiful things has grown into a full time business and I love what I do!
