Jennie Blair's Profile
I have been throwing pottery for over 16 years. I grew up in a small town in New Hampshire and after graduating from college with a BFA in ceramics, I moved to apprentice with a potter in Whitefish, Montana. After a year and a half I moved to Bozeman, Montana where I lived and worked as a production potter for over 10 years. Now, back to New England, and the heart of where I began.
I guess "Earthy" is my motto. I love raw, natural things and try to express that in most of what I do. Whether it is buying used, locally grown and handcrafted, or making do with what I have available without spending money, that is my way of making a difference.
