About

Nicknamed Jenner at a young age by her 4 older siblings, artist Jennifer Nelson has always thrived in a world of imagination. . At age 10, she became a published author/illustrator, having her 24-chapter book with drawings published in a national children’s magazine . Through the next couple decades, Jenner threw herself into her new passion, first training and performing in high school and college, then teaching dance in various forms at private ballet and ballroom studios, public schools and also performing and choreographing for community groups and church ministries.

When Jennifer became a stay-at-home mom, her dancing feet were mostly waltzing between the kids’ playroom and the kitchen, so she had to find another outlet for her creative meanderings and fidgeting fingers. Lured in by the aisles of goodies at the craft store, Jennifer dove in and began experimenting with various crafts. Soapmaking became her first money-making venture, though she also took classes in decorative painting and rubberstamping, and dabbled in polymer clay, scrapbooking, and cardmaking.

Why Jennerosity?

To Jenner, the word jennerosity is more than a shop name, it’s a reminder to live generously: giving wonderful handmade gifts like those sold on etsy.com, of course, but also to live out your life with all your heart and soul...to turn up the music, live out loud, yet live simply, authentically, savoring the moment...and paying it forward by sharing your blessings with others. (more on that on my blog, http://www.jennerosity-etsy.blogspot.com!

I am also a proud member of the Etsy CAST team!

Share some jennerosity today!

"Live out your God-created identity. Live generously and graciously toward others, the way God lives toward you."
