Jennifer Eli French's Profile

About

Incorporating acrylics, polymer clay, paper ephemera, and found objects, I endeavor to create paintings that are both familiar and mysterious, nostalgic and surreal. My work is influenced by folk tales, medieval art, Victorian photographs, the Western landscapes of my childhood, and the strange beauty I find in the darker corners of history.

After twenty years in New England, I have moved to Billings, Montana, where I live with my husband and twin sons.
