Jerry Sandeno's Profile

About

I grew up on a dairy and cattle ranch in northeastern Washington. Even after earning a fine arts degree followed by decades spent in the design and advertising business, my love of the country life and lifestyle never waned. Abandoning the big city, we're now living the country life in central Washington state. Driven by an appreciation for sophisticated design; a love of western culture; and the sheer pleasure of sculpting creations that are unique, beautiful and useful, I'd like to share my art with you.

I got into working with metal as a result of my auto restoration and coachwork hobby. That, combined with my design background, lead me to envision a table that integrated metal sculpture in a way I had never seen anywhere. The idea of combining sheet metal sculpture with reclaimed wood became "an itch that I had to scratch". Happily it seems that people like the result.
