I have been photographing since I was kid and discovered my dad's Minolta 35mm. From there I took photography classes in high school, worked a part-time job at a photo store, and later graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's in Imaging & Photographic Technology. Today, photography resides in every facet of my personal and professional life, especially lately, as I transition to photography as a full-time career. I feel lucky with where I’m at, what I’ve learned, and the talent that I have.
I want to call out, or call forth the specialness of life – even in loss, emptiness, plainness and decay. That’s why my photographs are often rich in color and bold with contrast.
