About

I am currently living in my home town of Perth after living and creating in Sydney for 6 years.
Growing up I always loved anything to do with art and creativity... and daydreaming out the window.
Thank god for my mother, grandmother, and great aunt, who taught me how to sew and have always encouraged me to create!
I have always loved fabric; the feel, colours, textures and patterns. I am always looking meticulously at the designs and prints.
I have an ever growing fascination with haberdashery, I love buttons and trims and collect them when ever I see them.
I like to use vintage and recycled fabrics and haberdashery wherever I can. There are so many beautiful things out there and I enjoy hunting for and finding them.
I have always loved making and creating things, and it is my passion to do so and I hope that other people will also…

I have always loved making and creating things, and it is my passion to do so and I hope that other people will also like my creations.
I love fashion, and decorative arts from the 1920s through to the 1960s. I adore the fashions of the bygone eras, especially 30s, 40s & 50s. Such wonderful designs always accentuating the female form, beautiful feminine way of dressing, and always so elegant.
I have not studied a lot, so most of what I do is through experimentation and experience . I studied a year course in Textile design and printing, 2007 at TAFE (college) in Sydney, and did a short course in Millinery 2009.
I first started selling my clothing and accessories at art and fashion markets in Sydney and continue to do so. I hope with the aid of etsy to reach a wider audience
I am constantly trying to build up my esty store. It has taken some time, I hope you like my creations!
