Color, fabric, nature, and my children's giggles inspire and motivate my creations.

I love walking around the local fabric stores and seeing whats new and what will inspire my next handbag, or daughters newest outfit. I get such a joy out of creating something from a simple yard of fabric. Seeing how a few pattern pieces and some fabric can come together to make a skirt which will light up my daughter's face is all the joy I need. Feeling a sense of accomplishment can motivate anyone.

Being creative has been a part of me as long as I can remember. When I was little I was constantly drawing, redecorating my room or helping my mom to redecorate the house. I'm pretty sure my sisters, mom, and I would switch rooms every few months. I think thats where the real motivation behind my true love of interior design began. But, once I entered college my interior design dream was put on hold, I like many college students had zero motivation during college and gave up studying interior design once I found out I would have to attend college longer than four years, so instead I barely finished in four with a simple Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts Management. Which I am not using today, sorry Dad.

But, after college was when my real passion began. It all started when I began working for a fabric store in Madison, WI. That was when the creativity began to flow. Cutting fabric for customers each day opened up the flood gates. Soon I had my very first sewing machine and many projects to create. I remember my first successful project was my daughters crib bedding, followed by christmas stockings, and many, many other projects. Now my real passion is sewing pretty much anything under the sun. I make purses, children's clothes, bedding, pillows, curtains, and scarves.

Thanks for reading my story and I hope my products will inspire you life.
I would like to give a special thanks to Jessi, Alex, Courtney, Tracey, and Rose. Your ladies gave me strength to believe in myself and inspired me with your own creative talents. I miss you so much.
