Hello everyone!

You never would have guessed that I would venture to become a jewelry designer. At first glance nothing about my background would lead me to this. I’ve been an athletic trainer for over 10 years. For all these years I’ve worked in college athletics providing healthcare and rehabbing injuries for athletes. In my free time I’m involved with a college athletic trainer organization. Absolutely, nothing about my education or my current career prepared me for jewelry design. To add…I’ve never even had my ears pierced…never!

How does it make sense? I never liked the jewelry I saw in department stores or didn’t care for the quality. One day I just decided to learn how make my own jewelry. Since that day I haven’t stopped. My mother has always been artistic and started a successful custom inlayed carpeting design business in Chicago. So, when she found out I was making jewelry she encouraged me to start my own business. My father is our handyman at home and taught me everything he knows. So if I combine the ability of using hand tools from my dad with the design talent and entrepreneurism of my mom then I guess you get me and my new venture into jewelry designing!

I hope you like my pieces as much as I do. I love the different colors, shapes and various stones. The challenge to create something new but simple and very wearable is something I hope to bring to my customers.
