About

The front door communicates the first hint of welcome we offer to those outside. Graced with something beautiful, interesting, or unique, it can be the first to say, “I’m glad you are here,” drawing them in with anticipation of what is to come.

This idea of welcome is the motivating factor in my spare-time craft, and I find my inspiration in the combination of colors, fabrics, textures, and prints.

After a day at my data-analyzing, report-making, left-brain desk job, working creatively with my hands allows me to excersize the right side for a while.
