About

I have always been fascinated with color and form. When I was little (just a few years ago, of course ... eh-hum!), I colored just about anything and everything. Since my mother was an artist, I was blessed to always have paper and coloring books, pens, markers and crayons handy. I just never knew what to do with all "that," so I initially chose a quite drab career for myself (huge apology to all you bankers out there!). Becoming older (but just a little) and wiser (hopefully, a lot) I realized I needed to get into a more creative line of work. So, for the last few years (read: decade and a half) I have made my living as an art director. But, I still felt like I needed a more personal outlet for my creativity, so I tried silver smithing and loved it—for a season, or two.

Several years back, I bought a couple of strands of pearls after seeing a necklace I just knew I could make for a fraction of the price, and the rest, as they say, is history. Beading has become a passion of mine, and after selling my pieces to mostly friends and coworkers, I decided it was time for a bigger audience (besides, I'm running out of space for jewelry storage). I hope you enjoy looking at and, hopefully, wearing what I love making.

All of my pieces are one-of-a-kind and handmade by me. If you would like something you see just a little different, I’d be happy to work on something just for you. Or, if you see something you like under Items Sold, I may be able to make you something similar.

I don't traditionally set out to make matching sets, however, sometimes I can't help myself! I don't sell sets, but I will note when there is a matching piece of jewelry available.

Custom orders are welcome. Even matching sets, if that is your preference. : )

I recommend that you store your jewelry in airtight plastic bags away from direct sunlight to keep from tarnishing. Also, avoid spraying perfume/hairspray direct on a piece to avoid discoloration.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 10 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Please contact me first by convo or email so that I know to expect it in the mail.
