I grew up near women who are artistic. My mother, aunts and grandmothers, sisters and cousins could sew, knit, crochet, paint, and even do pottery. I on the other hand would sit and watch or try to make items as pretty as theirs. They would say that my items were ‘nice’ or ‘interesting.’ To be honest they were horrible.

As time progress, I was introduced to computers and my artistic side came out. What I could visualize in my head, I could now get on paper, glass, metal, fabric. I found what so many people found in life, my inner voice.

I fell in love with crafting. It started off with making cards. Then I loved making piggy banks. Then I loved yarn. I am falling in love with sewing and dyeing. I goal to to have my items touch you and warm your heart, or the heart of the receiver.
