About

I have been making stuff as long as I can remember, but Kiku came to life in the spring of 2004 when I bought a kiln and taught myself to fuse glass. After a year or so of experimenting with fusing basics, I remembered my long-lost loves from college - drawing and printmaking - and soon figured out how to incorporate my artwork with the glass. When the kiln is full, I knit, sew, and make resin rings - my one-of-a-kind goods are only available in limited quantity here on my etsy site. I also love roller derby and skate with a roller-derby inspired fitness program called Derby Lite. Most fun I've had since growing up.

Feel free to visit the mother site (www.kiku-co.com) for more information on custom work or upcoming shows or get the latest news and deals on my facebook page http://www.facebook.com/kikuhandmade
