Glass fusing is like painting with glass. A rainbow of color & textures. Dichroic. Irid. Etched. Beautiful shards waiting to be used. Transformed. A masterpiece to be worn or displayed on a wall. chooseFUSE designs for wearable art!

What is fused glass? First, I cut a sheet of glass into smaller pieces; shards of dichroic and iridescent glass are then arranged into intricate designs and melted together in a kiln at 1500°F.

Because dichroic and iridescent mean two colored or multi-colored, it is common for these types of glass to appear as two or three different colors simultaneously. Therefore, it is not possible to capture all the nuances of dichroic and iridescent glass in photographs, which means you have an even more unique piece of jewelry when you are wearing it!
