Hello! Thank you for visiting Monday Mornings!! I have a passion for making jewelry, and I am so pleased to be able to share it with you! So, a little about myself...

Three years ago I collected fantastic pieces of sea glass, coral and shells of the beaches of Turks & Caicos. I had bags and bags but I didn't know what to do with my new treasures. My dear friend Renee is a jewelry designer and suggested that we make some unique and organic pieces of jewelry with them. I began to saw, solder, bend and drill metal for the first time. A dremel became my new best friend!! I was ecstatic to learn this new trade! What took me so long to discover this? One day I opened Renee's desk drawer and saw a small package labeled "PMC." She then described to me what PMC (precious metal clay) was and how I could apply it to my jewelry making. My eyes popped out of my head and my jaw…

My dear friend Renee is a jewelry designer and suggested that we make some unique and organic pieces of jewelry with them. I began to saw, solder, bend and drill metal for the first time. She then described to me what PMC (precious metal clay) was and how I could apply it to my jewelry making. My eyes popped out of my head and my jaw dropped to the floor when I realized what I could do with this incredible material. I think I may have drooled a little too :) Needless to say I WAS HOOKED!!!

My jewelry designs have evolved several times over the years. I have tried several different styles and genres but I now believe I have found a niche that I love, and that makes me happy. I have degree in Linguistics so I suppose word play on my jewelry was meant to be!

I really enjoy making people laugh and this is where "Monday Mornings" stems from.
My intention is definitely not to insult anyone, nor to hurt feelings! It's all coming from a place of humor! I have spent over 20 years in the service industry and much of my inspiration comes from all the crazy experiences I encountered during those years!! You wouldn't believe the crazy shit I've seen!! Oh the stories I could tell you!! Be kind to your bartenders people!! HAHAH!

I put great thought into each piece I make. I am very meticulous, almost too much so! I'd get a lot more done if I wasn't! :) I keep my prices on the lower side so my jewelry can be accessible to most. I know what it's like to want a piece desperately but it's not affordable. That feeling sucks!

Enjoy my shop!!!!!!
