Krystyna Stroinski's Profile
From the earliest years of my childhood in Poland, I have been inspired by nature and its power. Beginning with natural materials -- mud, sticks, sand, stone and grass -- I created my first works of art, sculptures and paintings.
My first gallery became a funny-looking yet beloved tree in my Polish country backyard. I would spend entire days decorating that tree by hanging stones and colorful pieces of paper with drawings or written messages inspired by the nature I saw around me including the background of the sky's canopy and rays of the sun for my proud display.

This subject matter reminds me of my free-spirited inner child free from worries and everyday…
