My jewellery aims to capture and transfer identity, history, culture and originality. Creating meaningful jewellery which would carrie within stories, places, identities, make possible a profound conversation with the memories that carries the object, emphasizing a relationship between the owner and the jewellery, which generates a bond.

This Statement jewellery brings along an emotional burden that represent your jewellery to others and to yourself and communicates your thoughts and highlighting your personality.

WHY KUTU?
My brother used to call me Kutu when we were little, maybe initially it wasn't Kutu, could of being Tutu or Utu.. but after the years Kutu was remembered and used from everyone. Through the years, I have used the name Kutu as my artistic name, to sign in my paintings and used to call my jewellery brand. Nowdays my jewellery has become my life, therefore has taken over my name, Francisca Rendic Jewelery Designer.
But it will always be part of me. My hallmark is KUTU and some jewellery still have Kutu and will have KUTU stamp in them.

“I consider jewellery to be a small scale work of art, a miniature sculpture worn to reinforce our personality and enhance our identity.”

BIO
I have studied a Masters in Jewellery Design at the College of Fine Arts UNSW in Sydney. Trained in architecture, I have always been involved with the arts. My interest in arts began with my love of painting, which in turn matured with my architectural studies. But my true passion lies with jewellery. Always in the search for innovative jewellery designs, I decided to create my own and that´s when I knew, being a jeweler was to become my love and obsession.
I have been trained as a jeweller from several master jewellers along my life, people who have inspired me and taught me jewellery. I have the guided of my family, mon and dad, who have always supported me and help me carry out my dream and last but never the least, my husband who has always walk along with me, in this life of joy and satisfaction. He is my right hand, my partner and my companion.
