Lana Cotter's Profile
I grew up in Wyoming in the awesome 70's and looking back had an idyllic childhood! Brutal, windy winters and freakin' hot, dry summers made a big impression on me; stubbed toes, running through sprinklers, snow days off from school and stinky neighbor kids. Nature was my Art School. My grade school art teacher was Mr. Hannah. I loved him; the kids would say 'Mr. Hannah and Lana got married and had a Baby Banana.' God, I hated that. But he was sooo groovy man; he wore wooden beads, polyester turtlenecks and had dimples. Coooool. I knew he was the raciest thing to hit Casper since macrame!
Not since then has anything so struck me until I had my first dog in my late 30's. Wow...what took me so long? Now I make up for lost time in every way possible and every moment is about dogs! I have combined my love of the written word with my passion that is dogs and voila! Also, I hate bananas.
