About

As with many crafters my story started with a trip to Hobby Lobby. Several years ago I walked into Hobby Lobby for the first time and was hooked. As I walked down isle after isle of materials, I would pick up something and think, oh I could use this to make such and such and it just went on and on. For the last few years I have created a variety of craft items for family, friends and coworkers, from Christmas wreaths to wedding decorations.

Whenever I would come up with something new, it always seemed to snowball. First one person would see it in my home or at my job then someone else would want one and on and on. My latest foray began earlier this year, when my daughter was expecting her first child. Once again, I was in Hobby Lobby, saw wooden letters and decided to decorate some to create his name, for the nursery. I showed then to a couple of friends at work and people started wanting me to make them for their children. Then someone asked if I could paint a shelf to match and the whole process began again. After a few months of custom making things for coworkers, I decided to set up site and try selling online. So, here I am, starting another chapter in my crafting story.
