LaWatha Wisehart's Profile

About

Welcome to my shop! My name is LaWatha, and I live in central Florida. I have enjoyed working with stained glass, fused glass, and photography for most of my adult life, along with many other artsy hobbies along the way. My newest loves are mosaics and abstract fluid painting. All of the items listed in my shop are handcrafted in my home studio. The photography was taken by me, mostly with my Nikon D90.

If you see a painting in my shop that you would like an enlargement of and do not see a listing for it, just let me know and I can probably write up a listing for you. To view more of my photography (including a set of stained glass images) please check out http://flickr.com/photos/lawatha/ I can turn any image you see on my Flickr pages into notecards or enlargements suitable for framing. Many of my photographs (and perhaps yours too!) can be turned into fused glass pendants, buttons, brooches…

To view more of my photography (including a set of stained glass images) please check out http://flickr.com/photos/lawatha/ I can turn any image you see on my Flickr pages into notecards or enlargements suitable for framing. Many of my photographs (and perhaps yours too!) can be turned into fused glass pendants, buttons, brooches or magnets. Custom orders welcome!

Upon receipt of payment in full, most items will be shipped out in the next day's mail, with the exception of two items: 1) Photography/Enlargements, which may or may not not be printed until after purchase. In that case, please allow 7 to ten days for shipping. 2) Custom orders. For custom orders, some items can be ready in as few as 3 days- others, depending on complexity (for example, color images fused on glass), may take up to two weeks. I can give you a time estimate when you let me know what you'd like made.

Smaller tems will be shipped via first class mail. Default shipping method for larger items is Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance. If you would like your purchase shipped in a different manner, please let me know and I'll adjust the amount due for shipping to reflect the actual shipping fees, as per your request.

Please note: Purchases shipped to addresses in Florida will be charged the appropriate sales tax upon checkout with PayPal.

Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is my number one goal. I know it's difficult to buy something over the internet; You can't really tell how it's going to look or feel, until you have it in your possession. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt for a return authorization. The item must be returned to me within 10 days, in its original condition. A refund will be issued via PayPal (minus shipping and handling costs) after the item is received by me. But hopefully that won't happen, because I make every effort to show and describe the item exactly as it is, so what you see on Etsy is what you get. The one exception for refunds is downloadable digital files. No refunds can be issued for downloaded items. If you have any questions, please ask.
