About

I make all of my jewelry in my little studio... okay well not a "studio" but rather in my bedroom, although I do hope that one day I could have my own studio.

I took a year off because I started becoming very interested in jewelry making. I love the process of making something that people could wear with my own hands. Before whenever I went shopping with my friends I would always look at jewelry and wonder how people made these delicate things with their hands. It wasn't until much later that I actually found out, many jewelry that are sold in shopping malls or in stores are not made by hand but rather by machines. That kind of took the magic out of it, but then I found etsy and realized, there are many hardworking artists who make their jewelry by hand. I'm loving every minute of making jewelry, you could say that this etsy shop is like a part time job (my other job is as a english tutor in Taiwan). Usually when you hear the word job, you'd think of work, but to me this is not my job this is my passion. Confucius once said "Find something you love to do, and you'll never work a day in your life. I believe I have found what I love to do. But until I can get to the point where I'll never have to work a day in my life, I'll need to keep honing my techniques and learn new things.
