In 2009 I hung up the uniform, boots, badge, and handcuffs that I had been sporting for years working for the Ontario Provincial Park system... and switched over to the casual clothes, barefeet, mysterious stains, and colorful gizmos that mark those who have taken on the infinitely more challenging role of "Stay At Home Mom"!
Like so many others that share this noteworthy title, it is a juggling act to find an outlet for my more creative side,my ambition to "do" something, and the need to integrate that into being still the very best mom I can be to our growing family. My little shop and designs are a way for me to still cultivate my love for crafting and being in charge of something, while I also nurture the little ones that God has blessed my husband and I with.
I began making and selling hand-made baby items…
