About

Born in France, I spent the early years of my life in Paris and Rouen. When I was 11, my family immigrated to the northeastern United States. Even a very young age I had shapes dancing in my head and was moved to express them through drawing and jewelry design. This early love of artistic creation led me to a career as a metal smith working with both silver and gold. Born in France, I spent the early years of my life in Paris and Rouen. When I was 11, my family immigrated to the northeastern United States. Even a very young age I had shapes dancing in my head and was moved to express them through drawing and jewelry design. My pieces vary in style: some are angular, tight and symmetrical while others are softer and asymmetrical. Jewelry design, like many art forms, can be dictated by the artist’s mood or at times the pieces evolve from the stone or object themselves. One of the most wonderful feelings of accomplishment is finding a way to best display the beauty of a sapphire or opal, to reveal through metal and shapes a new way of looking at a diamond or a fossilized leaf.

For the past 29 years I have been living in the South and doing what I love. It is with deep humility as well as a sense of pride to finish a piece of jewelry and have someone make it a part of their every day lives.
