Hi! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Lisa, and I'm a freelance writer and mom living in Charlotte, North Carolina (though I was born and raised in Ohio and still mostly consider myself a Northerner).

I've always loved crafting. I tend to have very precise (okay, fussy) ideas about what I like, and I enjoy being able to make things when I can't find exactly what I'm looking for in stores or online. I was so excited to accidentally stumble upon Etsy one day when I was searching for a security blanket for my daughter. What a find, and what a lot of talent there is out there! It has taken me a while to get my act together, but I'm pleased to finally be able to join the Etsy community as a seller.

In preparation for Lucy's birth, I had a lot of fun creating decorative wall plaques, lampshades, and a mobile for her nursery. I've really enjoyed coming up with some variations to list on Etsy. I hope you'll find something here to make your baby's nursery, or the nest of another little one in your life, a cozier, happier place.

If you have a chance, check out my husband's Etsy shop at consideringnature.etsy.com. There you'll find some lovely photos and a series of ACEOs (art card editions and originals) based on some of his original landscape and abstract work.

Hope to see you again soon!
