I am a native of Memphis, Tennessee and enjoy gardening, sewing, and collecting. I love all things vintage and especially love salvaging old things and scavenging from the curb. I mostly rescue these items and find them new homes. When I can, I repurpose them into new things.

My favorite thing to make is my mosaic jewelry pictures. My avatar (shop picture) is a coffee pot picture I made for a friend. I love knowing I am giving new and beautiful life to old broken pieces of jewelry. Some of them cannot be used for anything else.

I love to work with "imperfect" items. I often include them in my merchandise. I subscribe to the Japanese philosophy of "Wabi sabi" - it sees beauty in the modest, earthy, humble and irregular. Beauty comes with the changes from age: cracks, worn spots and corrosion…
