About

I began my career as in the theater as an actress, singer, stand-up comic, director, costume and set designer. I have a degree in theater from Washington State University. Performing was a passion she pursued for 20+ years.

Through subsequent re-inventions (and there have been many and maybe yet a few more to come) I have dipped my toe into interior design, painting (on canvas, furniture, fabric or anything else that would hold still long enough) public education, healthcare, washing huckleberries, stock brokerage, and selling telephones to name a few.

Careers change, passions change and short story long, I am now in Spokane, WA pursuing yet another passion which is creating something out of nothing; repurposing, up-cycling, reconstructing…whatever you choose to call it, previously loved clothing and other materials into something new, different, edgy, and ONE OF A KIND and fabulous.

‘Lets keep this stuff out of the landfills and on our backs where it belongs’ is my new motto. Thrift stores, yard sales etc. are full of potential materials that end up there just because they are old, out dated, or just ugly. I can fix ugly.
