About

The act of making is something I always remember enjoying. When I was seven, I sold drawings of smashed up cars during recess for 3 cents apiece. When I was eight, my grandpa would take me out with him and I would draw portraits of his friends and people we came across during the day for jukebox money, bags of chips and bottles of Squirt.
I filled my high school years with art classes and my remaining time drawing on any paper I could find. I went on to The Cleveland Institute of Art and got my Bachelors in Interior Design with a minor in Graphic Design. I worked as an exhibit designer for a few years, then went on to graduate school. Lately I've also been making a variety of jams and jellies. I have a small plot on which I grow chemical and pesticide free herbs. I use these for my herb jams. I like making odd quirky jams too from various soda flavors and more. If you would like to see a particular flavor, send me an email. All my seeds and plants are also chemical and pesticide free.
I also post some photography, as there is always something inspiring out there worth taking a picture of.
My linocut, collagraph or other prints I post are something I've enjoyed making for a long time. All are hand pulled, using real oil based inks on paper. I'm not selling glycee or shop made prints on here. All are numbered and hand signed.
I also like making some 3D work as well and that work is based on my whims and whatever medium currently sparks my interest.
My shop is not targetted to one product or style. I like many things and want to reflect that. Besides my work this shop also sells my wife's crochet and beaded jewelry. The plants of course are made by nature but raised, nourished, and packaged by the two of us. Enjoy our shop and let me know if there's anything else you'd like to see here.
