Laura Silverman's Profile

About

Laura R Silverman was actively engaged in the creative process from the time that she was very small. Turning to fiber arts as her primary medium by the time she was 15 years old, she always had a penchant for beads and incorporated them often in her projects.

She discovered jewelry and creative accessories as an outlet for her creative bent in 2007 after taking "the odd class" at a fiber arts conference in beaded tassels from Robin Atkins. During that experience, she felt like she was coming home to her lifelong passion and creative muse.

She started selling her jewelry as a demand rose and she realized that she was making more of it than she would ever wear herself.
