“I always had a strong attraction to aesthetics and colors and as a child I remember myself always drawing complicated geometric forms repeating themselves in color harmonies.”
At the age of 20 I went for a “short” trip that extended into a 9 year journey.
Parallel to the journey which took me from continent to continent, the inner journey was getting deeper, connecting me to the roots of my soul and culture.
With the years and exposure to many different cultures, I started to practice Yoga, meditation, healing, and was influenced by old Persian, Ethnic and Indian music and culture, I connected to the native American tradition and lived in nature for long periods- there I learned to appreciate the beauty of creation and to find sacred geometry in its many forms in nature as mandalas.
Through diving into the depth of self realization, the technique of mandala drawing was starting to appear as a tool for raising awareness and quieting the mind.
I found the magic of deep relaxation and endless calmness through meditative drawing.
Returning to Israel and rooting in the Jewish culture led me to adding texts from the Jewish origins that increase the pure strength in the energetic form of the mandala.
Now I live happily in a village with many citrus plantations near the Mediterranean sea.
