KEEPING SAFE

NEVER,ever give out any personal info to someone you don't know.
NEVER, ever give info by replying to an email that requests personal info. This would include ANY sites you are signed up with. If you get a request from Paypal to log into your account in the email DON'T DO IT. It is a scam to get your info. If you get an email requesting personal info forward it to the company.
Log into your account and look to see if there is a place where they are requesting info. Only once did I get a non-legit looking email from a legit company. I emailed them immediately asking if it was from them and informing them I would NEVER open a download with the text they had sent. They apologized profusely and said it wouldn't happen again. Out of over a hundred emails there was only one legitimate one.

If you do get scammed or accidentally give out your info you must cancel anything connected to the info you sent out. If it was a bank account number you will need to close the account and reopen a new one. If it was a credit card number you will need to report it to the credit card company and cancel the card. If it was a site password, change all your passwords.

FRAUD:
If you have been taken by a seller who did not deliver goods you should first contact the seller. If there is no response then you should file a claim with paypal if that is how you paid. if it is too late with paypal then file directly with your credit card company. You can also contact any of these agencies:
