About

Howdy. How's your life going? Mine's just... well, it's life, and life is all sorts of things. Basically, I'm a Twenty-something, trying to make it in the world. Living in a gorgeous place, loving life, trying to be a wonderful person. Jury may still be out, but I'm still trying! <smile>
I started making clay minis when I was just a kid, around ten years old. My mom and I went into a shop in Old Colorado City, in Colorado Springs. It was a dollhouse shop. The woman there showed me the most stunning hand-made minis I had ever seen (Not hard when the view-ee is only ten:) I saw it all, and I wanted to do that. I wanted to make those amazing things. So, here I am. I love, I mean LOVE, miniatures. I primarily love realistic ones. I'm all about making things that look like the real deal, only tiny. Still learning. Anyone, incidentally, who thinks they don't need to learn anything- don't trust 'em.
I make many things with my hands. I crochet a little, knit a little less, and dabble in community college pottery. Oh, and I embroider. I stitch up my jeans all fancy-like and wear 'em happily. I figure, hey, jeans all look the same. I want MINE to be different. So, I embroider them. I just love making things with my hands. I can't imagine NOT making things...

So come look around my Etsy shop and enjoy yourself! Life is beautiful... and what we make helps to ENSURE life will only stay beautiful and grow in beauty.
