About

The name Wyldemor is the old English version of my maiden name. I love antiques, old movies, vintage laces...flea markets...cut glass...china...old books. I tend to adore traditions and items that remind me of special moments.

Many years ago a dear aunt shared with me her love of sewing and embroidery. She made it clear that there were people who could sew...and then there were seamstresses. I was hooked immediately and by the time I was thirteen was sewing much of my own wardrobe. The final result was a lifelong expression in design. Since I have retired from being a sewing instructor I can now devote more of my energies to create beautiful garments and intricate machine embroidery designs. Some of my items can be found with Shabby lanes in the magazines Romantic Home, Southern Lady, Teatime, Victoria and several more.
