Michelle Curry's Profile

About

I am a geologist by training and I guess it is my love and fascination with color and texture and folding and faulting of layers of rocks that so nicely blends with my love of colors and textures of yarns.

So after 16 years of coping with MS and working for the state government I've retired and devoted my time to creating fabulous handknit hats, scarves, wraps, and wonderfully unique baby and toddler hats.

When I am not drooling over beautiful yarns or ebony knitting needles I can still be found photographing roadcuts, exploring quarries, and answering questions about rocks and geology.
