Mile End Bakery was started by two friends who love to bake, Mallory and Anya. Anya has Celiac disease, meaning she can’t eat gluten, which is found in wheat, rye, and barley. It is for this reason that Mile End offers you cookies with regular wheat flour as well as gluten free. Whether you want regular cookies, gluten free cookies, or a mixture, our cookies are baked to order especially for you.
