I love working with wood, (I'm not afraid of major power tools) This started when I was a young child and my parents bought a new house on a dirt road alongside of 5 or 6 other houses. The street was soon paved and as other houses were being built I started collecting scrap wood and nails and started making little mini houses and drawing doors and windows on them and gluing them on a big board and drawing streets and stores and I made little cars to drive on the streets and,...well you get the picture. A few of my designs were sold through "The Country House Catalog", (and in many gift shops in the US and Canada) Awhile back I retired my craft business- Country Folk Artworks, but now I've returned as Mulberry Lane Folk Art. I enjoy designing and making things and I strive for quality in my woodworking and painting.
