About

Hi, my name is Sarah.

Ever since I was old enough to wield a pencil, I have had a love of creating things (apparently specialising in making a mess too according to my parents!) I studied art & design, gaining 'A' grades at both GCSE & 'A' level, for my 'A' level I chose to study textiles including feltmaking & silk painting, which seemed a very natural choice for me.
I get my inspiration from the beautiful countryside around me in North Norfolk where I am lucky enough to live.

I mainly use wet felting to create my pieces, but do also needlefelt & embroider using my 120 year old Frister & Rossman sewing machine which belonged to my grandmother. Recently I have discovered spinning & become immersed in this fascinating & ancient craft, spending lots of enjoyable time at my Kromski Prelude wheel.
Please have a browse around & enjoy yourself!
