From inspiration to fruition I love the process of a great craft! I have to admit though it's the thrill of the hunt (for supplies) that gets me jazzed! I prefer to use found objects and recyled materials in my creations whenever possible. It really helps me think "outside the box" when planning a project.
Now a little background on my shop name~ years ago I chose the phrase grayclay as my focal while learning yoga and relaxation techniques. (oh those tumultuous teenage years!) Fast forward 20 years- After several months of trying to decide on a shop name it hit me like a bolt of lightening- crafting had become my grayclay!
I have the best family and friends who have always been wonderfully supportive of my art. The only thing I enjoy more then sharing my crafts is teaching them, especially with kids! I love their "color outside the lines" attitude.
