After more than twenty years of teaching middle schoolers to sew, crochet and knit, I now have the time to sew, crochet and knit! I am a retired home economics teacher addicted to crafting. I got started selling my crafts four years ago when I was earning money to take a trip to Slovakia to work in an orphanage. Original one of a kind hats are my primary focus. I love developing my own patterns and then seeing them through to completion. My greatest joy comes when I get to see them on the heads of my customers. This is especially true when the buyer is a baby or child. I sell my items on consignment at three shops in my local community and at several craft fairs. After having many customers urge me to start a website I have decided to sell online through Etsy.
