HOW DO I PAY?

WHEN WILL I GET MY ITEMS?

GENERALLY Natasha Ylana Designs ships within 1 week, but sometimes it will take a little longer - this is a cottage industry after all. Please allow seven business days for delivery, 2 weeks to get domestic orders, 3 weeks to get international orders as a rule. If an item is going to take longer to ship, I often email as a courtesy.

That said -- email natashaylanadesigns [!at] gmail.com if two weeks have lapsed and you have not received your item, three weeks if you are not in the US.

Your satisfaction is paramount and your items should ship in a timely manner give or take small flexibilities. These are guidelines for emailing - your questions are ALWAYS welcome!

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS?
I do not generally accept returns. Repairs and alterations to an item will be entertained depending on circumstance - email me or convo me and we'll work something out.

Breakage and loss in transit is an exception to the rule - if you have issues with an item breaking or going AWOL in transit I will make every effort to replace that item. Because the items sold here are vintage and limited quantities an exact replacement is not always possible. Definitely alert me if your item has not arrived in a timely fashion or has arrived damaged.

I will make every effort to see you are happy with the resolution of any issues.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?
USPS first class, or air mail unless otherwise specified. Priority expedited shipping is now added with purchases over $50.
