Each piece in this line was designed and created by self taught artisan Natisha Palmer. Natisha has had a strong passion for design and fashion since a young child and carried this passion with her through high school, setting her sights on attending a fashion design college after graduation. Natisha was accepted out of high school into FIDM (Fashion Institude of Design and Merchandising). Unfortunately, for financial reasons, she was not able to attend the school but this did not end her dreams of one day becoming a designer. After years of perfecting the age old craft of crochet, she fell in love with the art and decided to update it with a modern twist, out of this, Nyamani Designs was born. Nyamani Designs, named after her daughter Nya Imani, began solely as a hat and scarf line bringing to life Natisha's idea that any plain outfit can stand out with eye catching accessories.
