Elizabeth England's Profile

About

All of the work you see here is my original photography. I am inspired by the beauty found in ordinary things as well as the extraordinary things. Photographed, edited and printed with attention to detail, I've chosen museum quality watercolor paper and archival inks for printing, adding a layer of texture and rich, long-lasting color to each image.

Want to know a little more? Really? Okay:

Early years: Born and raised in the Midwest, I was a major tomboy, with the freedom to roam far and wide, I filled my days with exploration and imagination found in the tippy-tops of a cottonwood tree, a creek filled with tiny, wiggling tadpoles, or long, narrow pathways through a corn field -- beginning my search for the graceful symmetry of color, texture, symbolism and light.

Today: I continue those searches as I travel, finding that art allows us to consciously connect with the beauty around and within us. I hope you enjoy your shopping experience here at Nine Dragons Photography. Feel free to contact me with any questions. E. England
