***Payment***

***Payment***

I now accept personal checks and money orders to make my products available to a wider range of people. These shall ONLY be from U.S. buyers -- international buyers should use Paypal. Please allow time for these payment methods to clear in my account before I ship your item.

***Returns***
I put the greatest importance on making my items to the highest quality and I inspect each of my items prior to listing and shipping. I will only accept exchanges on items, and shipping costs cannot be refunded (i.e. shipping costs will be incurred on first item, return shipping, and the exchange item).

No refunds/returns are accepted on custom items. This is because all specifics for custom transactions should be discussed prior to payment.

Any damages occurring to items during or after shipment may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know.

***Trades***
I do not accept trades. I cannot promise that I will respond to inquiries about trades.

***Shipping***
Your items are being shipped from Tennessee (USA). I ship items within 1-3 days after payment is received. Usually, items will not ship on Mondays or Wednesdays. All items will be shipped via USPS. I obtain delivery confirmation on all of my U.S. shipping items, hence the higher shipping prices. I will obtain insurance ONLY upon request from the buyer.

I ONLY use the address that is confirmed on your Paypal account unless contact is made prior to the sale asking me to do otherwise. Please make sure the address confirmed on your Paypal account is the accurate address before buying. This is because of Paypal's policy regarding contested transactions. They will not cover either party's expenses should something happen to the item if the item has not been shipped to the address they have on file. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THIS INFORMATION IS CORRECT ON PAYPAL. I will not contact the buyer regarding the address.

If you pay with an e-check I will wait until it clears to send your item to you. If you are purchasing a custom item with an e-check I will wait until it clears to even begin making the product.

I will either send a convo or the shipped box will be checked under purchases once your order has shipped.

Once I ship an item it is no longer my responsibility. Items lost in the mail are the buyer's responsibility to file with the USPS (this is per USPS policy, not just mine). However, I am willing to help out where I can in issues such as this should they ever occur (knock on wood they don't).

***Feedback***
I expect feedback immediately after the item you have purchased is received by you. I will not leave feedback for you until you have left feedback for me. I depend on feedback to continue selling with a good reputation on Etsy.

***Custom***
Please contact me for information on custom work. I will need to know your deadline, if any, before agreeing to a custom order.

I require 100% payment before starting any custom work. No exceptions.

I expect purchase and payment within 3 days of a RESERVED listing being listed. Please ensure that you buy your reserved listing within this window so that it will not be removed.

As far as my custom banners go. Read the description of the listing in my shop. If there is not a listing currently up please read the description on one that has already sold. The description will answer a lot of questions you may have. If you still have questions after reading that listing by all means feel free to contact me.

Under NO circumstances will I copy another artist's work for any custom items (or otherwise). This means I will not recreate a logo (or other design element) for your banner etc. I also will never use your design for anyone else.

I understand that I do not offer many of the graphic services that other Etsy sellers offer, however, I respect them and all other artists by not copying work, so I expect the same respect. Please do not ask another Etsy seller to copy my work on a custom item I do not offer...this is still copying and I will report the seller to admin. and strongly urge them to take proper measures to insure this does not happen again.

***Wholesale***
I am open to discussing a wholesale agreement. I require either a fax (preferred) or scan attachment in an email of a U.S. business license and/or retail tax I.D. form before further discussing pricing and timelines. Please convo me for more information and the contact information to send your business I.Ds.

***Environment***
Although I would love your purchase, I ask that you do not purchase from me if you are highly allergic to dogs. I have two wonderful short-hair chihuahuas and they rule the roost, therefore, I can't keep them away from my items. When possible, I do clean items before shipping, but this is not a guarantee. There are no other house animals such as cats, birds, pigs, armadillos, hippopotami, spiders, snakes, etc. in the home where items are created. Items are created in a totally smoke, drug, and alcohol free environment, so rest assured the stitches won't be wavy and your purchase will not stink.
