• I adore vintage items, and the feelings they induce. They are little pieces of art treasures to me. A sweet little birdie once told me I'd be good at this. Hence, why I am here, enjoying sharing and selling such treasures/older pieces of artwork! I remember seeing that turquoise blue blanket at my Grandpa's house... and the yellow one... and that particular quilt from Granny's house... and all of the little knickknacks on their mantles and shelves. They all made me feel more at home, intrigued, comforted, and creative. They helped me learn and identify who people are and why the act certain ways. I take care of all the pieces I find today... clean them, treasure them, do my research, etc.

• Also, I have been sewing since I was a teenager. I used to stare at the Fashion Shows on E! TV, while thinking I'd be a neurosurgeon or nurse. I have taken classes at various places, more recently, at Academy of Art University online. I have also recently joined the local Memphis Chapter of the American Sewing Guild, which I really enjoy. My family is quite large. I grew up around a family full of seamstresses, quilters, and crafty folks from the South. All of the women on my Mom's side of the family sew and/or quilt. I enjoy altering/mending clothing, small projects, challenging projects, a tad bit of embroidery, etc. My Dad is the epitome of a businessman, and has been teaching me business since I was a small kid (or so it seems like it). It's in my blood.

• Interests: Fashion Design, Sociology, Marketing, and Non-Profit Administration.

• I enjoy: Tetris, Scrabble, Stitching, Needlework, Ms. Pac-Man, Swimming, Coffee, Mocha Frappes, Pillows, Pandas, Owls, Nice and Honest People, Bubble Baths... alright, that's enough!

• I have a medium sized mutt dog named "Red" (symbolic for love, hence the last part of the name of my shop). She's been my dog and my baby for about 11 years now. She's a sweetheart and ONLY likes to sleep. I guess she likes walks too. I also have an adopted cat named "Killer". She likes to kill bugs, play with ribbons, cuddle, and hold my hand.

• Thanks for checking out my shop! Feel free to message me with any questions you may have!
