A lover of color, texture and the endless beauty of the world around me. From childhood I collected pieces that lit up something inside me. Bright fabric remnants, lacy trims, a pink shell or glass button would make it into my organized collections. I cannot pass up a treasure that I know will fit into part of a new creation. Making wearable art and redesigning was natural to me since I had been doing that all my life. My husband says I am always in the business of perfecting something. I have a BA in psychology but studied art every chance I had. I developed an aesthetic eye for composition from my mom, an oil painter. We share an ardent love for gardening. Now that my family is more self-sufficient, I devote most of my hours to my small business if I am not teaching children part-time.
