About

I sell handmade items, supplies, and vintage items as well. I enjoy making jewelry, and I teach some jewelry-making classes at the College of Southern Nevada (where I also teach English) on occasion. Currently my favorite materials for jewelry are leather and silk. I sell leather and silk jewelry wholesale as well as retail, so if you're interested in wholesale, please contact me.

I do other writing as well. I wrote a book about vintage fashion - Victorian to Vamp: Women's Clothing1900-1929, which is available through Amazon, and I have been a Guide (writer) with About.com for three years, writing about petite fashion (you can see the site at http://petite.about.com) - all about fashion for short women.

I like vintage fashion accessories and have been collecting them for many years. Whenever I tag an item as "vintage," it is old, at least 20 years old and most of the time much older. I can usually estimate the time period of a vintage fashion accessory within a decade quite accurately.
