PA is my new home as of 2011, and the seasonal imagery, especially leaves falling in Autumn and the bare trees in Winter, has inspired me greatly. I received an M.F.A. from California State University Northridge, and graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara, but the bulk of my aesthetic was formed when I attended California State University Long Beach in the 1990s. I have been an artist-in-residence at the Public Art Academy in Williamsport, PA, Mt. St. Mary’s College in Santa Monica, and at the Armory Center for the Arts in Pasadena, California. I worked as a ceramic consultant on set and prop-maker for Hungry Man Productions and the HBO Series Six Feet Under.

I have taught at California State University Long Beach and California State University Northridge, Los Angeles High School for the Arts, Inner-City Arts and the Armory Center for the Arts. I currently live in Williamsport, PA teaching Ceramics and Drawing at my home studio and at the Bucknell Craft Center in Lewisburg PA.
