About

After spending the last 21 years at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery holding various positions from construction supervisor to director, I have had the opportunity to be a part of countless military funeral ceremonies. There are few events in life as powerful and moving as this. Two things that have always stood out for me during these services are the presentation of the flag to the family and being surrounded by the headstones of all those who have bravely served. It is these two items that are the inspiration for me in my creations at Honorable Memories. I have always been passionate about carpentry and being a soldier for 29 years, I am fortunate to have found a hobby in retirement that allows me to incorporate both.
