About

I have always been artistically inclined, and I'm finding as I grow older that I want to make and build and paint and sew and branch out. I believe in using as much stuff as I have on hand and buying as few supplies as I need to get by. A carpenter friend supplies me with the wood he gets from old decks, etc. and I use the wood for making the frames for stretching my canvases or, building whatever comes to mind. I buy paint at garage sales, hit the flea markets, and store little treasures, knowing someday it will be just the right object to complete my project. The other day I found a fork laying in the road (an actual FORK IN THE ROAD!) and I'm just waiting for the right idea to hit me as to how to use it. Unless I state the object is not made by me, the object will be crafted by me from start to finish. The finished objects are my babies, and I hope they make you as happy as I am while I'm making it.
